Can I schedule an on-site visit?
Absolutely. We provide on-site IT support throughout Farmington and Greater Hartford County. On-site visits can be scheduled for assessments, installations, or any situation where remote support isn’t sufficient.
What are your business hours?
Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday. Managed clients have access to after-hours emergency support for critical issues outside of business hours.
